Alcohol is another thing you try to avoid. If you take too much of alcohol it will arouse your thirst for food and you eat excessive and that can contribute to weight gain.

Anybody that wants to lose weight should try and watch what he takes in and what he drinks. It is better to control your weight than to keep fighting with weight loss.

Now if weight can be gained by food then weight can be lost by the same method. You can lose weight by controlling what you eat.
