People are seeking solution to their weight loss problems. Some are doing everything possible to lose weight but instead of losing it he is gaining it. What could be the solution to the problem of gaining weight when you ought to lose it?
People have tried different methods in the past to lose weight and one of the tried methods is starvation or fasting. I don’t support this method because anybody using this method cannot lose weight. If you starve yourself because you want to lose it you may lose weight truly but you be weak and when you have opportunity of eating you will eat more than necessary.
There are other better weight loss systems out there that you can try instead of fasting. You have to be sensitive to the kind of foods you eat. If even you faster for a year and you eat some food that contribute to calories and fat then you will still gain weight.
I love fasting but I don’t do it to lose weight because I don’t see it as one of good methods to lose weight. My opinion please! I know that some writers may want to fight with me for saying that.
Why I don’t like fasting and starvation method is that you still end up gaining those weights you might lose initially. You should try and do your research about this method and see what I am talking about.
Another weight loss system that I support is low carb diet but you need to be very careful with this method too. Trying to cut out carbohydrate from your meal completely is criminal. There are some organs in the body that need carbohydrate to function very well.
You need to eat food that is high in fiber to be able to stay full for a long time. To lose weight you have to control your eating habit and if you can stay longer hours without eating would be very good. And that is why fiber is very good because it will help you to stay longer hours without feeling hungry.
Light exercises are part of weight loss system that I really like. Some people should try to do some physical and light exercise and see how they will feel after the exercise.
Exercises like dancing is not strenuous and you will be enjoying it, walking is also a physical exercise you can enjoy while doing it. You can just take a walk with a friend for about 30 minutes daily and you will see how you will feel after the exercise.
