Is it possible to set up your table without any food that has starch or carbohydrate? People are now mindful of starch and carbohydrate these days.

Looking at the rate that people use to eat foods that are high in starch and carbohydrate before, you must give credit to the internet and expert who are educating people about weight loss.

Starch is complex carbohydrate which is needed to be minimized in your body system for the sake of your health. Although you have to know that your body needs some amount of carbohydrate for its better performance. Either carbohydrate or not, your body system needs balanced diet to perform better for the rest of the day.

I don’t know what you believe about starch free diet but I believe that it is possible to avoid starch or cut it down in your diet. You should start your day with meat, fish or eggs which are carb-free and eat vegetables, fruits which are totally starch free. You have to know that too much eating of starches foods gives more harm than good.

I think this is the time that people think and care about their health. I know that people are serious when a discussion is based on money and they forget that health is wealth. If you don’t take care of your health and you’re busy making money, all the money that you gather for many years can be taking away from you if you have health problem.

Looking after your health issue should be the first thing. Starches or complex carbohydrates are long chains of sugar found in foods made from grains e.g cereals, pasta, rice and bread. High starches foods raise your blood sugar which can cause illness in your body. I am sure you don’t want to have diabetes, hypertension and stroke.

Therefore limit your intake of starch, carbohydrate, sugar and salt in your diet. Foods that are so high in sugar and starch are to be avoided to the minimum level if you want to control or lose your weight. Foods that are salty are to be limited as well.

Salt shouldn’t be too much in our body system because it can cause some terrible illness in our body. And if you are thinking of controlling your weight, then you have to limit salt. Salt also contribute to weight gain according to U.S researchers. If someone is gaining weight more than necessary, the doctor will tell him/her to limit his /her intake of salt, starch, carbohydrate and fats.
