2. Before you eat anything in morning, make sure you drink plenty of water because it will help your digestion when you eventually eat. And apart from digestions, water is good for body and it always flush out any sickness that may want to occur from your body. Researchers have also said that water contain some elements that help reduce or burn off calories.
3. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits at least thrice in a week: You need to eat fruits and vegetable in order to control weight. Balance diet is important if you really want good shape.
4. Do some physical exercise daily: I don’t know when last you have visited gym? But you don’t have to visit gym before you can do some stress less exercise. Walking for about 30 minutes everyday with a friend or yourself is enough for you to have a better shape.
5. Another means of physical exercise is dancing. I like this exercise because you will be cashing fun while doing it. I told someone who is having problem with weight and don’t want to engage in physical exercise because of stress to dance for about 30 to 45 minutes daily. After some times he told how quickly he was losing weight.
