Not Losing Weight: Why?



Why are you not losing weight? Is it the problem of foods that you eat or not doing proper exercise? What could be the reasons you’re not losing weight?


To some, it could be the problem of eating excess food when they should have taken little, and some can’t just stop eating all the junk foods they see around. Are you sure that you’re not losing weight after you have tried everything humanly possible? If you have bought almost every product that talked about weight loss and followed their instructions to the letter yet you still not lose weight, what do you think could be the problem?


I knew a guy who exercises every morning in order to lose weight but he discovered that despite of all his ability to lose weight he was gaining it, and he was wondering what could have been the problem. When he brought the case to my noticed, I told him that he should try to change his diet for sometimes. I told him that he should be eating some healthy foods and he should go and get a copy of the 3 week diet plan because the instructions and the tips inside this book will help him to keep losing 1 pound of fat daily.


And let me tell you something that is interesting here, if you are not losing weight after you might have observed every necessary exercise, then you need to sit down and think about your diet. You need to keep eating foods that burn fat regularly and do away with foods that will add weight to your body. And that does not mean that you should completely stop your favourite foods but you need to minimize the way you eat them in order to see result in a short time. Foods are good for the body and regularly taking them gives energy. That’s why I am not going to support the point that says you should not be eating regularly.


I want you to know that people that restrict themselves from eating regularly or skipping one food for another usually end up eating more food when they have the opportunity. If you’re not losing weight and thinks that you should skip eating for sometimes or you should skip breakfast and lunch maybe it would help. Yes, it may help and it may not. Why? Because I’ve seen people that stop/skip breakfast and lunch yet they keep gaining weight instead of losing it because they end up eating more than necessary foods at night.


So, I will not advice you to skip any of your food because if you do, you will end up eating excess when you have opportunity of eating which will not help you at all. I am writing this article because I know that some people are making this mistake of not eating properly because they want to lose weight.
