I am not saying you completely cut out carbohydrate in your diet but you need to start your day with good and healthy diet in order to be active throughout the day.

Starting your day with carbohydrate free diet is very good and you will experience good health before you take the next meal. You also need low carbohydrate everyday in your body for better performance. Your body also needs energy to get you going in everything you are doing.
