When you set up your table for breakfast or dinner think about your weight. Some people eat for eating sake; they don’t eat to have good health.
You need to eat for your health. We don’t just eat in order not to get hungry but we eat to have good health and good shape. You need to learn how to eat to control your weight and you should know what to eat at a particular time.
Eating is part of our daily activities and I don’t encourage you to skip any of this time. I have heard people talking about skipping breakfast because they want to lose weight.
Go and check it out those that skipped foods never lose weight instead they gain it. Why? Because they we be so much weak and hungry before they eat and as result of that they eat more than necessary and it doesn’t help their health.
Don’t skip any of your food because you want to lose weight, I prefer to eat regular but minimize it. If you eat small portion of some foods in morning and eat the rest at any time would be ok.
Remember that your body needs food to be able to function very well for the day. So therefore eat healthy foods and avoid starvation.
Starvation will never help you to control your weight and you have to select what you will eat. Some foods are good for you when you’re thinking of losing weight but some foods are also not too good for you when you want to lose weight.

You need to avoid too much of salt and foods that are rich in fats because you will not want to add to the weight you have lost. Low carb programs is also worthy of consideration and you try to do some light exercise daily.
Some people said why you like to keep mentioning exercise and said because it helps a lot not only in area of weight loss but for your health.
Health is wealth and healthy eating gives healthy living. You need to be mindful of what you eat and how you eat in order to be able to successfully control your weight.
